Refund policy

We want you to be happy with what you ordered. If you are not, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return it.

WHAT CAN BE RETURNED

Items must be unused, unworn and in their original packaging, including the gift box and any hardware that came with them. Belts that have already been trimmed to size cannot be returned, since the strap is cut permanently — please check the fit before cutting.

HOW TO START A RETURN

Contact us through our contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Please do not send anything back before contacting us, as returns without instructions can go missing.

REFUNDS

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we will send you an email confirming the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few additional business days for the money to appear on your statement.

EXCHANGES

If you would like a different colour or model instead of a refund, tell us when you contact us and we will arrange the exchange.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We will replace it or refund it in full, and we cover the return shipping in these cases.

RETURN SHIPPING

During our opening period, return shipping is on us — returns are free. After that period, for returns that are not due to a fault on our side, the cost of shipping the item back to us is the customer's responsibility.

Original shipping costs are not refunded when they applied.

WARRANTY

VORENZA buckles are covered by a 10-year warranty against manufacturing defects, counted from the delivery date. It covers the buckle mechanism failing under normal use, and does not cover normal wear or accidental damage. To make a claim, contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will repair or replace the buckle.
