3. PRODUCTS AND DESCRIPTIONS

We make every effort to display our products and their colours accurately. Colours may appear differently depending on your screen. Natural materials such as leather vary slightly in grain and tone from piece to piece; this is normal and not considered a defect.

We reserve the right to change or discontinue any product at any time, and to limit the quantity of any product we offer.

4. PRICING

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may be changed without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed at a price that was listed in error, including after an order confirmation has been sent. In that case we will contact you and refund you in full.

5. ORDERS

Receiving an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud or an unauthorised payment.

If we cancel an order, we will refund it in full.

6. SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website — including text, images, page design and the VORENZA name — is our property or used with permission, and may not be reproduced without written consent.

8. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or to interfere with its operation.

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Payment processing, hosting and delivery are handled by third parties whose own terms apply to their part of the service.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
